Chris Noble
Chris co-founded Cirrus Nexus, where he serves as CEO. Chris has a diverse background in technology and business management. In 1998, the infancy of what is now called cloud computing, Chris founded Meridian Internet Services. Since then, he has held senior positions at Avanade (a Microsoft and Accenture joint venture), EMC, and Microsoft. After leaving Microsoft, Chris has worked with some of the largest enterprises including EY and BP.
Kelly Fleming
Kelly is the co-founder and CIO of Cirrus Nexus. He primarily manages the development teams actively improving Cirrus Nexus’s core products. Additionally, he monitors and optimizes Cirrus Nexus’s technology infrastructure used to maintain all internal business functions as well as active product deployments. Kelly helped found Cirrus Nexus after previously developing the core product of a startup while working on financial products at the insurance company, New York Life. Kelly graduated from Columbia University in 2011 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics.
Karen Wen
Karen leads ESG efforts and operations at Cirrus Nexus. She oversees the development of ESG policies and partnerships, as well as the implementation of company strategies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives. Karen has previously managed operations for the Care & Wellbeing Fund at Social Finance and worked on programmatic operations and strategy at the Global Health Group at the University of California, San Francisco. Karen is a former Fulbright-Nehru Research Fellow and graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College (BA Psychology) and with Distinction from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine/King’s College London (MSc Global Mental Health).
Levi Ratnakar
Levi is the Product Development Manager at Cirrus Nexus. Levi comes with a decade of experience in software development across global tech firms and Indian startups. He has extensive experience in building products from scratch and scaling them. Besides leading the development team, Levi also helps Cirrus Nexus set development standards, implement new technologies, and improve product performance. Levi has a bachelor’s degree from IIT Bhubaneswar, India.
